Perfect if you fancy making sauna a more regular thing.
Enjoy five sessions with our wood-fired sauna, lake and cold plunge. Take things at your own pace, warm up, cool down and repeat as much or as little as you like.

HOW PACKS WORK
It’s really simple.
1. Choose your pack
Pick the option that suits how you’d like to use FLÖ.
2. Add it to your account
Purchase your pack online and it will be linked to your FLÖ booking account.
3. Book when you want to come
Log in, choose an eligible session from the calendar and use one of the visits from your pack.
4. Come on down
Your remaining sessions stay in your account ready for your next visit.
All visits still need to be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
GOOD TO KNOW
Winter swimming
Our winter swimming calendar runs from 1 October through to 30 April.
Our Lake Swim sessions are 30 minutes, but that doesn’t mean you need to spend 30 minutes in the water.
For many people, particularly through the colder months, the actual time spent in the lake will be much shorter.
Hot showers + changing
Every session includes access to our hot showers, changing rooms and toilets, so there’s somewhere warm and comfortable to change before and after your session.
Tow floats
A tow float is required whenever you swim in the lake.
If you don’t have your own, you can borrow one from us.
For swimming in low light or darkness, an illuminated tow float is required.
What to wear
Please come prepared for the weather and water temperature on the day.
Swimwear must be worn in the lake, sauna and cold plunge.
Age
FLÖ Packs and the sessions included within them are for over 18s only.
USING YOUR PACK
Packs are for one person only and can only be used for the type of session included in the pack.
10 Swim Pack
Can be used for eligible 30-minute Lake Swim sessions.
5 / 10 Sauna Pack
Can be used for eligible Sauna + Lake + Cold Plunge sessions.
Packs cannot be used for special events, retreats or other FLÖ experiences unless we specifically say otherwise.
CANCELLATIONS
Our standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies to bookings made using a pack.
If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your session, the visit will be returned to your pack so you can use it again.
Sessions cancelled within 48 hours, or sessions that are missed, will still be deducted from your pack.
If you can’t make it at short notice, we’d always appreciate you letting us know.
PACK TERMS
Packs are paid for in full when you purchase them.
Packs are:

Non-transferable
Non-refundable
Valid only for the session types stated
Not valid for special events unless stated otherwise
Subject to session availability
Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.
FLÖ may occasionally need to change or cancel sessions because of severe weather, water conditions, maintenance, private events or other circumstances outside our control.
If we cancel a session you’ve already booked, that visit will be returned to your pack so you can book another date.
